God’s Word reminds us that we all have sinned. The word sin means to miss the mark, or come short of perfections, by disobeying God. At one time or another , we have all chosen to disobey God.
Sin Has a Penalty
“For the wages(payment) of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord”.Romans 6:23
The payment of your sin is death and separation from God in a place the Bible calls Hell. This is the fate of every person who has not believed on Jesus Christ as Savior
And these shall go away into everlasting Punishment…” Matthew 25:45
Jesus Paid the Penalty
“But God commendeth (proved) his love toward us , in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us” Romans 5:8
God proved his love for you by giving his only Son. Jesus Christ, to die on the cross for your sins. Jesus died in your place and paid your penalty.
Believe on Jesus Today
“That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hat raised him from the dead, thou shall be saved.” Romans 10:9
To believe on Jesus Christ as Savior means to have faith that he died for you, paid the price for your sin, and is the only way to Heaven. you can express your belief on Jesus through prayer.
